Vermicelli with sausage
Instructions
Cut the sausage into thin slices and saute the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and olive oil.
Deglaze with wine, evaporate, then add the Escarole into strips, sprinkle with salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook the vermicelli noodles al dente and toss with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of spicy sausage
- 2 spring onions
- 4 sundried tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 shot of wine
- 400 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 1 heart of escarole salad
