Instructions

Take a pan, pour the red wine, honey, fennel seeds, cinnamon and cloves.

Wait until it starts to simmer.

as soon as the alcohol vapours begin to climb, taking a match and burn (watch out!).

When the above is illanguidisce fire, turn off the gas; wait for it to finish by flame, filter and drink more.

Aspirate the aroma alone (while still hot) is an excellent remedy against colds.
