Instructions

Clean the bass and put in her belly five lemon slices cut in vivo (IE without Peel and white skin underneath).

Cut tomatoes and sliced onions and half of these cover the bottom of a baking pan, lay well oiled over the bass and top with the remaining slices.

Bake in oven at 180 degrees for one hour.

Also good cold.
