Veal in marsala
Instructions
Cut into slices the eye of round, then cut the slices into strips.
Toss in a fried onion and butter, sprinkle with the marsala, season with salt and cook for 15 minutes, adding at the end the parsley.

- 400 g of topside veal
- 1 onion
- 40 g of butter
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- Chopped parsley
