Veal with vegetables
Instructions
In a pan put butter, chopped onion, herbs and meat; allow it to simmer, wetting it with white wine.
Cut all vegetables into small pieces and add them to the meat.
Soaked with water, add salt and pepper and simmer for about 2 hours.

- 600 g of veal
- 50 g of bacon
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 G = = French Novelle
- 150 g of peas
- 150 g of green beans
- 150 g of scallions
- 1 tomato
- 1 lettuce salad
- 50 g of butter
- White wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
