Veal with saffron
Instructions
Cut the veal into pieces and toss them in the flour; Let them then Sauté in a pan with 30 g of butter and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and let them wither in another saucepan with the remaining butter and 1 tablespoon oil.
Together with fried meat sprinkled with wine, raise the heat and let it evaporate, then rinsed with hot water, turn up the heat again and let dry.
Add the cream and a glass of milk; Bake in moderate heat and covered for 40 minutes, stirring often.
When cooked, add the flesh with a teaspoon of Saffron, salt and pepper.
Put on a hot serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
