Veal with mushrooms
Instructions
Saute chopped shallots in butter.
Add the mushrooms, season with salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
Cut the meat into slices about 1/2 cm thick and then cut into strips 2 inches long and add to mushrooms.
Cook for about 10 minutes over medium-high heat and stir.
Adjust with salt, sprinkle with Worcester, a few drops of tabasco sauce and add the cream.
Stir quickly and serve.

- 500 g of veal breast
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 6 tablespoons of cream
- 25 g of butter
- Worcestershire sauce
- Few drops of tabasco
- Salt
