Tasty veal
Instructions
Bring to the boil a pot of water with the onion, studded with cloves, carrot, scraped and cut in pieces, celery, bay leaf, peppercorns and 5 parsley.
Dip the meat and let it cook for about an hour and 15 minutes, by salting almost at the end of cooking, then remove it from the Pan, wrap it in aluminum foil and allow it to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Please add in a little olive oil slice of bread and almonds, then beat them up to crush.
Diced chopped onion, courgette, celery and carrot.
Do heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan with the ginger, then add the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the peas and orange juice and continue cooking for 15 minutes fresh focus.
Add the bread, shake the leaves of Marjoram, lemon peel, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Serve thinly sliced joists with the prepared sauce.

- 700 g of topside veal

- 60 g of shelled peas
- 1 carrot
- 1 courgette
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 onion
- 10 shelled almonds, skinned
- 1 slice of bread
- 1/2 oranges (juice)
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 1 sprig of marjoram
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
