Sea bass with tomato sauce
Instructions
Put in a baking dish half of onions cut into rings, garlic, half the tomatoes into wedges, a pepper into strips, half of the mushrooms soaked in tepid water left.
Place over the fish cleaned and greased with oil.
Add salt and Sprinkle chopped parsley.
Cover with the rest of the tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Wet with wine and oil with water and bake.

- 500 g of onions
- 500 g of tomatoes
- 30 g of dried mushrooms
- 2 peppers
- 1 glass white wine
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt
