Sea bass with shrimp and mussels
Instructions
Clean the sea bass, salt and pepatelo internally, incidetelo on the back.
Place it on a sheet of parchment paper, cover with herbs and a clove of minced garlic, tomatoes slices; squirt with a bit of white wine, seasoned with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Close the bag and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- Basil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Dry white wine
- 1 thread of olive oil
