Instructions
After putting the ice in a shaker, pour over the Whisky (remember, only Scotch Whisky produced in Scotland and can carry this name, considered a protected designation of origin), the lemon juice and sugar.
Close, shake for a few seconds, and then transferred to the tumbler and fill with Soda water well.
Garnish with the slice of lemon.

- 2 tablespoons of chopped ice
- 5 tablespoons of scotch whiskey
- 1 small lemon (juice)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Soda water
