Instructions

Saute in butter onions cut into thin slices.

Soak the sausage in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain them carefully.

Cut the rolls in half, spalmateli of mustard, ketchup and remoulade.

Add the sausage, sprinkle them with onions, close the sandwich, serve immediately.

Accompany with beer (preferably double-malt).
