Stewed sea bass
Instructions
Heat water in a steamer.
Wash the zucchini and Eggplant and cut vegetables into rings.
Affect the skin of the tomatoes with a small knife.
Place in steamer fillet of fish and vegetables.
Cook for about 6-7 minutes, adding a little salt.
When cooked, place the fish on a plate and accompany with vegetables.
Garnish with Ligurian olives and serve.

- 20 g of eggplant
- 20 g of cherry tomatoes
- 10 g of black olives
- 1 chili
