Instructions
In a small saucepan beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they become clear and foamy, pour little by little the Marsala.
Bake in a water bath, soft focus, stirring until the mixture begins to mount.
Withdrawn from the fire and serve the zabaglione in Cup hot or cold.
Or as ice cream sauce or hazelnut coffee.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 8 tablespoons of marsala wine
