Instructions

Mix together the eggs, boiled potatoes, flour, yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and grated lemon peel until mixture is homogenous.

Put covered to rise.

Then derive from the mixture of diskettes by FRY in boiling oil.

Once cooked, pass them in sugar.
