Drunken sea bass (2)
Instructions
Clean, scale and wash the sea bass.
FRY in 4 tablespoons oil then add the vegetables and chopped herbs.
Deglaze with the wine.
Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes halfway through the cooking time; 5 minutes before attempting to extinguish the fire spray fish with 2 tablespoons brandy.
Serve with lemon slices.

- 1 1000 g of sea bass
- 200 g of onion
- 1 heart of celery
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Thyme
- Basil
- White wine
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Some of slices lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
