Batter fried squash
Instructions
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into rectangular pieces.
Pass the pumpkin pieces into the batter made with water, flour and a pinch of salt.
Heat a pan with olive oil and when it is hot fry the rectangles.
After fifteen minutes, drain and serve.

- 1000 g of pumpkin
- Frying oil

- 1 pinch of salt
- Water
- Flour
