Baked zucchini
Instructions
Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds.
Cook for 5 minutes in salted water.
Take a baking dish and put along the edge the courgettes and, starting from the bottom, fill it with alternating layers of Zucchini, mozzarella and tomatoes that have previously stripped of seeds and cooked for 2 minutes in oil.
Add a little oregano and cover with the grated Gruyère; simmer for 1 hour.

- 500 g of tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 60 g of gruyere cheese
- 2 mozzarella
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
