Fashionable zucchini
Instructions
Cut the zucchini slices and cook for about 7 minutes.
Mix the mascarpone in a bowl with parsley, eggs, salt, pepper and half the grated gruyere.
Put the vegetables in a baking dish, sprinkle with the cream, add the Diced Bacon and browned over high heat with a tablespoon of oil.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place in oven to bake for about 10 minutes.
