Zucchini with walnuts
Instructions
Check the courgettes and cut them into sticks.
Coarsely chopped walnuts and finely chopped shallots.
Heat the oil and shallot soffriggetevi, then add the zucchini and stir them season a few minutes.
Sprinkle with the wine and let it evaporate, then add salt and pepper and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Add the walnuts and chopped parsley and complete cooking.

- 1500 g of zucchini
- 100 g of shelled walnuts
- 1 shallot
- 50 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 5 cl of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
