Instructions

Chop the carrots, onion and parsley.

Fry them with oil and butter.

Combine the zucchini, sliced, salt and pepper.

When cooked add, out of the fire, the Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs and sauce.

Pour into a buttered pan and bake in a water bath for 45 minutes.

Serve hot.
