Stuffed zucchini in russian
Instructions
Cut the CAP to 12 round Zucchini and empty.
Chop half of the pulp and FRY in a little butter with a little chopped onion and 400 g of minced beef.
Merge to last 150 g chopped fresh cheese and fill Zucchini with this stuffing.
Cook in oven 20 minutes, medium for a baking pan greased with butter.
Drizzle with prepared sauce and simmer for 2 minutes leaving 20 g butter, 1 teaspoon of flour, 1/2 cup of broth, 1/2 of whipped cream and 1/2 of yoghurt.
Serve hot.
