Sauteed zucchini
Instructions
Peel and wash the zucchini.
Cut into thin slices.
In a pan melt the butter and Zucchini saucepan for 5 minutes over medium heat, shaking the Pan, until the zucchini are tender.
Chop the parsley and pounded the kernels of nuts.
Sprinkle Zucchini with walnuts and parsley, add salt and pepper and mix gently.
Serve hot.

- 40 g of butter
- 24 walnut kernels
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
