Zucchine Trifolate/Mixed
Instructions
Clean and chop Zucchini floppy.
In a skillet Sauté garlic in oil and butter, then remove it and add the zucchini.
Lively simmer, stirring often.
When cooked, place them on the serving dish and sprinkle with the parsley and salt.
Serve hot.

- 600 g of small zucchini
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
