Zuccotto with fruit
Instructions
Brush the biscuits with a mixture of rum, maraschino and water and part of them to line a mold from zuccotto Mount the cream and add to it half the strawberries, raspberries, banana slices and chocolate.
Fill the mold with the mixture, cover with remaining ladyfingers and put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Mix with the rest of the cream and decorate with fruit.

- Rum
- Maraschino
- 400 g of cream
- 100 g of strawberries
- 100 g of raspberries
- 1 banana
- Fruit to taste
- 20 g of grated dark chocolate
