Sour soup
Instructions
Wash, chop and cook 400 g of spinach, salt, pepper and season with a cup of cream and the juice of a lemon.
Blend everything with a handful of watercress leaves, a bunch of radishes, boiled and sliced a beet, a cucumber peeled, two tablespoons of vinegar, a cup of white wine 10 ice cubes.
Season with salt and pepper and switch in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
