The wachau wine soup
Instructions
Saute the onions in butter and sliced tiny leeks, sprinkle them with flour, pour in the wine and beef broth, let them cook for about 10 minutes, mix in Blender, Cook again, bound with egg yolks and cream and let it sit (after cooking).
Remove the crust from the baguette, cut into small cubes, then browned the butter cubes, sprinkle cinnamon and add them to the soup already served.
