Soup of nuraghi
Instructions
Toast the bread, cut into slices.
Butter a baking dish and form with the bread, sliced mozzarella, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, nutmeg and a few flakes of butter.
Cover all with the warm broth and start the operation starting from the bread slices.
Put in oven at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Bring on the table sprinkling of pecorino.

- 300 g of mozzarella
- 60 g of bread
- 80 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 50 g of butter
- Parsley
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
