Braised beef with pepper sauce
Instructions
Blend in the mixer Sage and Rosemary.
Crush pepper, mix the flour, add the chopped aromatic and seasoning with a pinch of salt.
Tie the meat, roll it in chopped, pressing it, Brown it in olive oil, sprinkle with brandy, add the broth, cover and bake in hot oven at 160 degrees for about 3 hours.
Slice and sprinkle with the sauce.
You can serve it with slices of polenta.

- 10 leaves sage
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 50 g of black pepper in grains
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- 2 ladles of broth
- Olive oil
- Salt
