Codfish Soup (Zuppa di Baccalà)
Instructions
Fry the oil or lard with onions cut in half in a saucepan.
When the onion is well fried, add the preserves dissolved in hot water.
Let stand for about 30 minutes, add the previously soaked salt cod and let Cook for 40 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of onions
- 50 g of tomato paste
- 500 g of cod
- 50 g of lard (or olive oil)
