Norwegian beer soup
Instructions
Let simmer for 5 minutes in water 50 cl 4 slices of stale bread.
Pass it through a sieve and return to the fire with 50 cl Lager, 1 tablespoon sugar and the peel of a lemon.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Drizzle with 2 yolks of egg whisked with 1 cup of cream, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.

- 4 slices of stale wholemeal bread
- 50 cl of lager
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of cream
