Switzerland beer soup
Instructions
In saucepan melt a knob of butter and tostarvi in a spoonful of flour.
Add 50 cl of beer, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 1 lemon peel.
Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes and pour in 2 egg yolks whisked into 50 cl of milk.
Stir, add salt, pepper, cook at low heat for 5 minutes, remove the lemon peel and serve with croutons.

- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 50 cl of beer
