Braised in red wine
Instructions
In a pan heat butter and oil, then insaporitevi carrot, onion, celery and parsley.
When they took color add the meat turning it several times because it assumes a uniform color.
After ten minutes add two tablespoons of hot water and a glass of wine by continuing to add gradually evaporates.
It will take about an hour.
At this point, reduce the heat, cover and cook for about three hours until the meat has become very tender and creamy sauce.
Cut the meat into slices, arrange on serving dish and cover with the sauce and serve.
