Cherry soup
Instructions
Cook the pitted cherries with cinnamon, vanilla, orange peel and juice of 1 lemon.
Passed to the Blender only 200 g of cooked cherries and diluted the past with wine.
Pour the remaining cherries on.
Decorated with almonds and serve well chilled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of cherries
- 1 glass white wine
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- Orange zest
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 stick of vanilla
- To decorate:
- Almond flakes
