Instructions
Let soak for an entire night the beans.
The next day with a golden knob of butter the cloves, onion, garlic, thyme and bay leaf.
Then split the cabbage and add it to the other ingredients along with the drained beans.
Cover with water, add salt and pepper; simmer until it becomes a thick soup.
Serve topped with grated cheese and Bacon that you have previously broken and golden.

- 1 cabbage
- 250 g of dried beans
- Butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves
- 1 clove of garlic
- Thyme
- Laurel
- For garnishing:
- 300 g of bacon
- Grated cheese
