Zuppa di fave e cicoria
Instructions
Boil the beans in water 150 cl, drain remaining cooking water and half passatene to blend; wash the chicory and scottatele in the cooking water of beans, then cut into pieces.
Wash and cut the onions in half moons, then grease the bottom of a pot and let them FOB jump for a few minutes.
In the pot, add the chicory, the past of Fava Beans and a little cooking water, then the beans remain whole; bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Seasoned with raw oil and garnish with basil leaves.

- Some leaves of basil
