Cut the onion into thin slices, peeled chopped potatoes, Diced Bacon.
Put the vegetables and pancetta in a pot with a half liter of water, add a tablespoon of olive oil and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Adjust the salt.
Rain poured the oatmeal, stir and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
The soup should be a bit dense.
Serve with croutons browned in butter and cheese.
