Lentil soup (2) (Zuppa di Lenticchie (2))
Instructions
To avoid putting to soak lentils, simply put them to boil in water for about 20 minutes, and drain.
Meanwhile in the pressure cooker place the shredded onion finely abundant, a few cloves of garlic, chilli and olive oil Extra Virgin.
Without FRY anything, so that the soup is lighter then the drained lentils, water, a nut and a little pepper.
Bring pressure and cook for about 15 minutes.
Uncover the pot and let it dry a little soup if too runny.
Is even more appetizing if you let it cool and then heats up again; in Greece is served with vinegar that facilitates the digestibility.

- Laurel
- 1 chili
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 nut
- Abundant of olive oil extra virgin
- Wine vinegar (optional)
