Put the lentils to soak at least 12 hours before.
Make a sauce with onion, celery and carrot, and add the Diced Bacon.
Add the lentils, water, 3 parts water to one of lentils, and a half-head nut.
Boiling for 5 minutes pressure since a whistle.
If you use dried lentils calculated 15 minutes.
Serving and drizzle with olive oil and pepper.
