Barley soup speck
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and potato.
Rinse barley and put it in a pot with all ingredients minus the nut.
Cook for about 2 and a half hours.
Halfway through the cooking combine the nut and melt well.
Serve the hot soup.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of pearl barley
- 100 g of diced bacon
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- Pepper
- 1 nut for meat broth
- Salt
