Bread soup and cherries
Instructions
Cook ten minutes the cherries with the sugar, a bit of lemon peel.
Cut the bread slices in half and FRY in a little butter.
Place them in a dish and pour over cherries with their sauce.

- 6 slices of bread
- 700 g of black cherries
- 1 glass red wine
- Bit 1 of lemon zest
- 40 g of sugar
