Leek soup in the microwave
Instructions
Peel leeks, wash them and cut them into slices, dividing the white part of the green one.
Chop it very finely into the mixer together with aromatic herbs well washed.
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into chunks.
Put in a baking dish, cover with 5 cl of water, cover and cook in microwave for 5, highest power.
Remove the Pan from the oven, add the leeks, cut into slices, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile bring broth to a boil in a saucepan, add salt and pepper and perfumed with chopped leeks and herbs.
Pour the broth over the vegetables, cover and cook at full power for 12-13 '.
Pour the cream, mix well, perfumed with an abundance of ground pepper and serve immediately.

- 4 large leeks
- 700 g of potatoes
- 30 g of butter
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- Salt
