Student's spinach soup
Instructions
Melt the butter in a casserole, sweet heat, then mix in the flour and dilute the mixture with meat broth.
Insaporitelo with salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
After the indicated time add the spinach to the sieve, mixed with care in order to mix well, then stir the ingredients for preparing the milk and simmer for a few minutes.
Meanwhile cut the slices of bread using the punching tool shaped like letters of the alphabet and toast them in the oven.
Spread the hot soup into six plates, place in each of them some toast and serve.

- 1 cup of spinach boiled and drained
- 1 walnut butter
- 15 g of flour
- 70 cl of meat broth
- 10 cl of milk
- Salt
- 6 slices of bread
