Instructions
To soften the raisins in the rum from the day before; whip the cream and gently mix it with the cream; cut loaf sliced Spain, soak the slices in rum and arrange them in layers in a large bowl, sprinkling each layer of raisins and then covering with mixed cream with cream.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pan of spain of 8 eggs
- 150 cl of whipping cream
- Icing sugar for the cream
- 100 cl of cream
- 400 g of raisins
- 50 cl of rum
