Green soup with cheese
Instructions
Boil the rice and put it in a bowl with chopped boiled spinach, egg yolks, parmesan, Sage and chopped the clear mounted to snow.
Pour into a buttered mould forming a layer no more than 1 cm.
Sprinkle with Dutch cheese into small pieces and bake for 35 minutes.
Let cool, cut into cubes, put in Bowl and cover with hot broth.
