Fried anchovies with pesto, goat cheese and red lettuce
Instructions
Clean the anchovies, dip in flour, then in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Fry them in olive oil.
Cut the peppers into cubes and cook in a saucepan with oil and chopped onions and sautéed.
Join the half-cooked tomatoes.
Add the pure goat cheese when cooked, away from fire.
Serve Pesto with anchovies and sliced lettuce and dressed with oil and salt.

- 10 anchovies
- 200 g of sweet pepper
- 50 g of goat cheese
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Frying oil
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
