Vinegar aromas
Instructions
Mince the garlic and shallots.
Boil slowly until the vinegar reduces by half.
Pour it in a bowl where you have prepared all the aromas.
Cover the bowl and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Filtered, bottled, corked bottles hermetically.
The perfect success depends on the freshness and variety of herbs.
It serves to season raw vegetables or cooked.

- Some cloves of garlic
- Some cloves of shallots
- 1 bunch of mixed herbs (marjoram, bay leaves, basil, chives)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 cl of wine vinegar
