Vinegar with berries
Instructions
Choose a container and according to the latter's capacity to decide the amount of berries to be used so that once filled the container, the percentage of space occupied by the berries is roughly equal to 5% and the rest will be occupied by the vinegar.
Before using the vinegar will be well pass roughly a month (or more for containers with capacity greater than 1 litre) in such a way that the berries are ceding their own perfume and vinegar flavor.
At the time of use it is not necessary that the liquid to be filtered, just make sure you don't pour the berries into pieces on foods with the help of vinegar with a small strainer.
