Basil vinegar
Instructions
Pour into a pot 100 cl vinegar and bring to a boil.
After 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool.
Meanwhile 800 g cleaned strawberries, cut them into small pieces and place them together in vinegar along with a basket of wild strawberries the wood slightly crushed and some chopped Basil leaf.
Pour everything into a large glass jar, cover with gauze and let sit for 2 weeks.
Strain the vinegar and pour into a sterilized bottle.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of apple cider vinegar
- 800 g of strawberries
- 1 trash of strawberries
- Some leaves of basil
