Onion vinegar
Instructions
Boiling for 15 minutes, 100 cl of white wine vinegar with 200 g of onions, 10 cloves, 10 black peppercorns, 1 pinch of oregano, a cinnamon stick, 1 pinch of salt, 7 Bay leaves.
Let cool, strain and store in a cool dark place for 3 months.

- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 200 g of scallions
- 10 cloves
- 10 grains of black pepper
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 7 leaves laurel
